Morning stiffness generally occurs to the people who affected by arthritis or any neuro-muscular diseases. The osteoarthritis brings the stiffness for an hour or less period while the rheumatoid arthritis brings stiffness for a longer time. The stiffness in joints gradually decreases as the day progresses but some time it lasts to the whole day. Too much of stress also brings the stiffness.
